Overview
As a Technical Analyst on our Technology team, you must have a blend of technical expertise (React UI/Java Full stack), analytical skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities to support the demanding needs of analytics on modern, distributed platforms. You must have experience in designing solution, interacting with Product Owners/Operations users and architects. • Gather high-level requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed technical specifications for REACT UI, and distributed microservices architecture, as well as decompose epics into user stories and tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility and validate requirements for completeness and accuracy through thorough review and validation sessions with stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with architects, operations users, product owners, and development teams to clear roadblocks and prioritize tasks effectively and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including data engineers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and business stakeholders
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and mock screens to demonstrate proposed solutions, gathering feedback and refining technical specifications accordingly, while utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to reverse engineer requirements from existing data sources and enrich requirements with additional insights/business scenarios
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, translating design mockups into functional User Interface (UI) components, in addition to designing and implementing event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka, defining event schemas, and developing consumers and producers for real-time data processing
• Document technical specifications (HLD and LLD), architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user guides to ensure clarity and understanding among stakeholders
• Utilize agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban for iterative development and delivery, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, as well as stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and software development to drive innovation and deliver value to the organization Skills You'll Need
• Proficient in programming languages such as React UI/Java Micro services, as well as in unit testing tools like Junit/Jest
• Continuous integration/continuous deployment or development CI/CD DevOps experience using GITHUB with hands-on experience in writing SQLs
• Worked as an Analyst on micro services/event driven applications design
• Extensive experience in interface design and building interface control documents with experience in Test Driven Development and experience on testing frameworks PACT/Cypress a plus
• Worked in Agile Scrum development environment Skills That Will Help You Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with web applications architecture, security/digital certificates, and distributed environments
• User Experience (UX) Design using Figma, Prior experience in building solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Previous working experience in Banking & Client reference data domain is a plus
• Familiarity with design/requirement tools JIRA/Confluence
• Knowledge on Kafka data streaming/ingestion a plus Expectations

The salary range for this position in New York City is $100,000 to $142,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
